Who are Essential Training Group?

We are a Yorkshire based health and social care training provider who have a wide range of health and social care courses which include accredited, awareness and distance learning. These courses are delivered by our highly qualified industry experienced teachers, who want to inspire and engage healthcare professionals, care home staff and clinicians all over the country.

We are also an integral part of the Essential Group of Companies; 4 integrated healthcare businesses consisting of high quality healthcare equipment, specialist care, dynamic healthcare training and state of the art care facilities all with one sole aim – to raise the standard of care.

Our aim is to help deliver the next generation of top quality healthcare professionals, providing them with the best training, facilities, equipment and knowledge in order to drive up the standard of care across the UK.

We want to inspire and engage people to be committed to healthcare and train them to help realise their potential. By producing high class people with the right training, they will make better informed decisions. Why are you in partnership with Leeds Beckett University?

Our partnership with Leeds Beckett University formed from the same ambition to improve standards of healthcare through training. Leeds Beckett University are our higher education provider, delivering short courses in clinical skills and bring with them high quality research-informed teaching to help shape your future.

We know that knowledge is the foundation of a brilliant workforce and together, our collaboration with Leeds Beckett University is designed to offer anyone from any skill level a training pathway and an opportunity for you to improve your professional development or up-skill your health and social care workforce.

Alongside our curriculum which falls in line with industry standards, we have our own specifically built courses written to help overcome the ongoing problems that arise in healthcare.

Do you offer bespoke training to suit my care home or business?

We offer bespoke pioneering training courses designed to suit you, your business needs or place of work. Our flexibility, proactive and cooperative approach, we continually develop our programmes to support you in improving your service. All these essential features provide you and your team with the knowledge and principles to apply best practice in the workplace.

Where are you based?

Based in our purpose built training facility on the outskirts of Leeds, we provide dynamic training with up-to-date equipment and real life simulations along with state of the art IT services. These have been specifically chosen to enhance your learning experience.
