Q – Can the training be delivered in-house?
A – Yes, as well as our purpose training facilities based in Birstall, our training can be delivered in-house. We are completely flexible with location.

Q – We are outside of Yorkshire; can you organise training in our region?
A – Yes, we work nationally and can facilitate your training needs whether it’s in your workplace or at a suitable location.

Q – Do you offer a day rate for in-house training?
A – For all courses which are run specifically for your staff, day rates are available. Please contact our team on 01924 427 806 or email us at enquiries@essential-training-uk.com for further information.

Q – Do you have safer people handling equipment such as hoists for when you deliver practical classes?
A – Yes, we have a fully functioning safer people handling room to engage the students in real life simulations, so they can improve their learning experience.

Q – Can I book 1 member of staff on your open courses?
A – Yes, there is no limit to the number of people to book on our courses. However if you book 3 or more members of staff you will receive a 10% discount. To claim please call 01924 427 822.

Q – Will my staff receive a certificate?
A – Yes, providing the tutor is happy they are competent or have picked up sufficient knowledge to improve service levels.

Q – Why should I get my training through Essential Training Group?
A – Our clinical courses are delivered by Leeds Beckett university and all of our awareness courses meet care certificate standards and CQC outcomes where possible, ensuring a high standard of training is carried out.
