Essential Training Group are offering tailored e-learning packages to care homes to help raise their standards of care.
The e-learning courses which will be specific to the health and social care sector businesses, will include the individual companies own policies and procedures in the electronic learning materials.
The company, based in West Yorkshire will also offer care home managers an online portal service which allows them to check on their staff’s progress, as well as online cloud storage to store certificates and other relevant documents of their staff’s training.
The E-learning packages which will be launched later this year, will feature the Care Certificate and Safeguarding Champions as just some of the courses available to access online. Other courses are available on request as part of the e-learning packages.

With the launch of our e-learning packages, we can offer multiple choice assessments as well as a more robust assessment with constructive feedback.”
Essential Training Group, who are also in partnership with Leeds Beckett University, can offer open and accredited courses from Mental Capacity and DOLS as well as Managing Conflict in the Workplace to complex clinical training such as Venepuncture.
Courses not through e-learning can be held on-site at the care home’s facilities or at Essential’s state-of-the-art training suite based in Birstall, West Yorkshire.
The partnership with Leeds Beckett University enables to offer not just mandatory training but clinical training which can be used to upskill care staff or nurses with occupational competencies.
The news come following an impressive first year for Essential Training Group, which has seen the company gain NCFE approval, ISO 9001 quality standard and become members of the Association of First Aiders.
